Empowering Local Arizona Artists - 2 Live in Die in L.A.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the “2 Live and Die in AZ” event was the opportunity it provided for young artists to showcase their talent alongside established artists. For the first time in Los Angeles history, artists as young as 14 were given the chance to have their work displayed at such a prestigious event. This not only served as a tremendous source of motivation for these budding artists but also allowed them to learn from and be inspired by their more experienced counterparts.

To further support the growth of young talent, the founder of the event, Frankie Orozco, initiated an annual mentorship program. Five young adults with a passion for photography were chosen to receive mentorship from industry professionals. Thanks to the sponsorship from Samy’s Camera and Canon, these mentees were gifted brand-new cameras, providing them with the tools they needed to pursue their dreams.

Empowering Local Entrepreneurs
The “2 Live and Die in AZ” event also provided a platform for local entrepreneurs to showcase their businesses and brands. In a city where the cost of living is constantly rising, many young entrepreneurs have taken the leap of faith to start their ventures. This event offered them an opportunity to connect with the community and grow their businesses in a meaningful way.

The presence of a diverse range of vendors added to the vibrancy of the event. From food stalls offering delectable local cuisine to artisans selling their handmade creations, attendees were able to support local businesses while immersing themselves in the unique flavors of both Los Angeles and Phoenix.
