Meet DJ Manifest, the talented and passionate creative also known as Elena Tapia. Hailing from the small town of Flagstaff, Arizona, Elena’s love for the arts began in high school, where she honed her photography skills and cultivated her musical talent through the clarinet and drums. This early creative spark set the stage for her journey into the world of DJing.
Relocating to Phoenix during the pandemic, DJ Manifest turned her love for music into a powerful force for connection and joy. Specializing in an impressive range of genres—including Motown, Disco, Cumbias, Banda, Hip Hop, EDM, Rock, and Country—she curates unforgettable vibes that bring people together to celebrate life’s moments.
Beyond the decks, DJ Manifest is a philanthropist dedicated to supporting Phoenix’s homeless community and a visionary on the creative council team for Valley fashion shows. Her commitment to integrity, faith, family, and innovation ensures every experience she creates is nothing short of extraordinary.

On behalf of the Staff, I want to say that the DJ and MC were incredible for us. I would recommend them without reservation or qualification for any event. Completely professional, cordial, flexible to our needs, and had a great mix of songs that appealed to both the students and the staff. They were knowledgeable about songs to use for certain situations, and had a feel for the vibe of the dance.
