Directions
Getting to the Kiva Club is a breeze. If you’re coming from Loop 101, simply take the 67th Avenue exit, head towards Happy Valley Road, and then make a left onto Vistancia Boulevard. From Loop 303, turn onto Vistancia Boulevard and follow it until you reach the main entrance of Trilogy on the left. Take that left turn, and you’ll soon arrive at the Kiva Club, the perfect Trilogy wedding venue. It’s a smooth journey to a magical destination.

Remember, Kiva Club at Vistancia’s in-house catering and bar services must accompany the reception package. Additional venue hours can be arranged for $500 per hour (at the time of this blog). A 22% service charge is added to all food and beverage charges, and all prices are subject to 9.1% Sales Tax.

- To reserve your special date, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required upon signing the Kiva Club Weddings rental agreement.
- Payment schedules are as follows: 25% of the balance is due with the signed agreement, 50% is due 90 days before the wedding, 75% is due 60 days before the wedding, and the remaining balance, along with the final floor plan and guest count guarantee, is due 14 days prior to the event.
- Noise regulations and local ordinances mean that outdoor entertainment must conclude by 10pm, while indoor entertainment wraps up by 12am.
- The Kiva Club takes care of all your food and beverage needs, with a policy that restricts outside food and beverages. They’re licensed to serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Arizona liquor laws. Menu items and prices may vary based on availability and seasonality.
